Help Flash video keeps freezing/pausing?

Everytime I attempt to play a flash video over the net it will start playing ok but after about 20seconds it will freeze both video and audio for 5-10sec then continue again but then freeze again. I have tried heaps of different browsers dolphin, chrome and sky fire all made no difference. I know it not buffering cos of Internet speed cos the video is downloading well in advance. It's so annoying anyone got any ideas?

u got any battery saver apps that might be holding back ur CPU? also, see if ur flash is the most-up-to-date.

Flash is upto date and no battery saving apps. I close all running apps and still same result.
