Root Flashing stock problem

when i try to flash the 2.2.2_stock_froyo.zip it starts to flash it says in recovery

Why wont it let me flash stock? and it lets me flash themes and kernels but it says that when i try to flash stock and a new ROM

Open the command console and,type 'rfs', clean up the Dalvik Cache. Tell me how that goes.

i got it to work, im using cw anyways, its that i had everything rfs but i went nd reformatted everything to rsf again and it worked

Even tho your not bricked it will get you completly stock
