Help Flashing Xperia Z1 with Lollipop firmware5.0 problem

I had this problem while flashing my phone Xperia Z1 with Lollipop firmware





Here is the error comes after i choose the firmware and then press the flash button

as you see this error
24/031/2015 14:31:08 - ERROR - Cannot delete C:\Flashtool\.\firmwares\prepared\boot
24/031/2015 14:31:08 - INFO - Cannot open bundle. Flash operation canceled

It doesn't recognise your device. Are you stock or running a custom ROM at the moment?

Have you installed the proper drivers from the Flashtool\Drivers folder on your C: Drive?

It didnt recognize my device because it wasn't pluged in yet and its not the problem.
I solved it, every operation of flash creates a file called "Prepared" in the firmware folder and when the flash operation is finished the file deletes it self.. somehow the first operation didnt complete and the file "Prepared" wasn't deleted while the Flashtool cannot delete it..
So i deleted it myself
