Is it ok to flash a new rom without actually rooting your phone 1st. i saw it in BH_man forum.

you don't need to root. Flashing would replace the rooting you may have done

one thing, when you flash a rom will it be 1.6 kernel already? or you should flash agAIN when updating your phone to 1.6? sorry for the noob question im kinda new.

This is the ROM I've been using for quite sometime now.

I don't recall if I independently loaded a different kernal or not. Sorry. The kernal files I have on my hard drive are all older than this.

Give it a go. You can always go back to stock

This is the rom I'm using too. I tried a couple other ones beforehand, but this is my fav. It's rooted and works with a2sd(that's done separately). You just have to put your phone into download mode before plugging it in and running ODIN and it's done.

hey dear can u upload this take5 rom to any other free servers like rapidshare or megaupload and provide a valid download link....the link posted is no more valid..i am badly in need of this rom...plz help me out...
