HOW TO INSTALL FLASH PLAYER ON SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2 i317 from AT&T
 
First you have to enable installations from unknown sources in settings->security. Then go to Adobe's archive of flash versions and download the latest. One it finishes, tap the notification to start the installation and follow the instructions. Once done, you will need to use a browser that supports flash (stock android browser, boat browser, dolphin, firefox). Chrome for Android doesn't support flash. You might have to enable flash in the browsers settings if flash doesn't work out of the box.
