Help flickering pixels on htc one m8

So I just got this phone a couple days ago, and I'm now noticing there's Flickering or 'dancing' pixels when I press certain buttons, on pics, videos, etc. I didn't root it, barely installed anything except social media apps and nova launcher. I just ran dead pixel detect and fix and it's still happening. I've never seen something like this before so any help would be appreciated.

Have you done a factory data reset if this doesn't work since its still a brand new baby I would just return . once window closes you will only be provided with the REFURBISHED DEVICE ,

yep just did. gonna go ahead and return it i guess
