Flickr alert notification

I have FLickr app installed and it is linked into my account. This morning I get a orange red triangle alert in my notification and it says I have to turn on my wireless in order to download. It then advises me that I have to agree or decline "By using Android Market yada yada." This doesn't appear to be an app update. Not sure what I am downloading or why I would need wireless. I can't get rid of the warning. Nothing in my Flickr account is pending.

Have a look in the Market settings -- there are new options for allowing apps to auto-update themselves. And new options for only allowing it over WiFi.

You could look with the Market app if there a Flickr update.

If not, it could be a more aggressively advertising by notification bar, known as AirPush.
It is known as notification push advertising of companies like
AirPush
LeadBolt
Appenda
IAC
Moolah Media
TapIt
Urban Airship
Xtify

Run 'Addons Detector' and 'AirPush Detector' to find out when one of these AirPush addons is in one of your apps.
With 'Addons Detector' use the filter 'Push Notifications'.
