So I was cleaning my phone today and all of a sudden these programs called briefing and flipboard came up and I cannot take them off. I have turned them off several times but they keep coming on. I have you tubed how to delete them but still cannot get them to go away. You tube says to just click on a blank place on the home screen and wait for the trash can to pop up then just drag them over. God. I wish it was that easy. Any ideas?

Long press on the icon and choose delete or drag to trash or choose remove.
Also go to your phone settings, apps, and see if they're listed. Choose uninstall or disable.
