Flips through various screens all by itself.

Hi,
I have a Flying T600, a very well specified Chinese smartphone. It is brand new, and running Android 4.2.1.
My problem is that it often flips through various screens all by itself, as if someone else is in control of it. The only thing to do is to switch it off.
Do you think the phone is faulty, or possibly hacked?
I'd be really grateful for any advice.

I would guess that either the digitizer is faulty, a key is stuck/faulty, or there is a screen protector/dirt/debris messing with it.

Does the phone have a lot of metal around it? Or has it been dropped.
