Am beginner in the Android dev-World . And I would like some tips from my apps to run in unsupported countries.
Like SUDAN.. could you help me with that.

What do you mean "unsupported countries"? Do you mean where paid apps are not available, or where Google Play is blocked and most Android devices don't have Google Play? Sudan I don't know much but it might be free apps only. But I can tell you more about China if you want, and how apps are usually run and distributed here.
