This is my first time posting but I just got my flytouch 3 from china grabber and it didn't work .I sent an email to amy and she advised me to open it as it sounded like the cable was loose ....I was not keen to so .the she told me to send it back and i would be sent a new one (i already got stuck for 29.00euros from customs)So I decided to open it and she was right it was a loose cable and now it's working great .I just put a load of kids apps on it for my grand niece.......
