Could one of the geek make an application to hear the music of the HTC or PANDORA though fm car radio or at the gym can hear the games broadcast.

You don't need an app, just a bluetooth capable FM transmitter like a Motorola T505.

or a two way mini jack would do it to for a hardwire solution..assuming your car has that input
