Help Font Installer

Dunnofroy

Lurker
Hi! I was experimenting in font installer and I was in the settings and I checked androidemoji.ttf to be overwritten. I chose a font and I rebooted my phone and my emoji size became smaller so i dont know how to fix this. Pls help

From the Play Store description of the app:
Font Installer overwrites the font files in the /system/fonts directory. To install a font you must have root access and S-OFF (for HTC devices). Some apps use their own font and cannot be overwritten by Font Installer.
Before attempting to install any fonts please make sure you backup your fonts. You should also have a current nandroid backup.
. . .
To restore your font to the default system font press the menu button while inside Font Installer, click “Backup and Restore”, and restore the original fonts you had (assuming you made a font backup before changing fonts).
If for whatever reason you don't have a backup, then you'll have to find someone with the same model phone (also rooted) that can supply you with the file.

What device have you got, make, model and Android version?

From the Play Store description of the app:

If for whatever reason you don't have a backup, then you'll have to find someone with the same model phone (also rooted) that can supply you with the file.

If the OP can find and download a copy of the appropriate ROM image for his device, that will have the required font, which he can extract from the ROM image package(zip).
