Font on Poweramp not large enough.

I use poweramp but I can't read the song name without my glasses. Is there a skin or a different good music player that has large fonts?

I think its a resolution problem, maybe there's a setting that changes that?
There is no setting like that. The problem is that mos of the screen is taken up by things like album images. I need a player (or a skin) that uses the entire screen for text. Have searched and not found something like that.

Try Rocket player, that prints text quite large.

Just tried rocket player and I like it. Fonts are bigger in most places but on the player screen they are still tiny so it doesn't solve the problem of having to wear reading glasses on the treadmill to see the name of the song that is playing. Can't believe no one ever made a player or skin for old people who can't read.

Rocket is a good suggestion, but personally, it would take a lot to get me to switch from Poweramp. :)

A possible option for the OP if the device is rooted:
Install Xposed framework and the App Settings module. This will allow you to set the screen DPI and/or font size to anything you want… on an individual app/widget basis.
