Does anyone know of an app that I could use to search for foods or meals based on if I'm looking for more carbs and some fats or more fats and less protein or whatever? I'm trying to use my fitness pal for logging my food. I like the macro nutrition info. But, it it's dinner time and what I ate for lunch used up all my carbs and most of my fats, what can I eat that has some fat and a lot of protein.
