I have an htc inspire 4g contract phone with at&t right now but id like to make it a prepay. Is it posible i could just put a at&t gophone simcard in it.?

Looking on AT&T's website it appears that most all contract phones are able to be used on the Prepaid service although it may require a different sim card. Some do report that a few phone when transferred from contract to prepaid don't have a data connection and only work for calling and text. To see if the phone is compatible with the GoPhone service I'd give AT&T tech support a call.
