I emailed HTC about the problem we are experiencing since the last update about how png type files come in small and blurry. Here is what I emailed HTC:
I'm writing to let you guys know that the last update that was provided to at&t for the One X causes problems with receiving png type files via text message. Majority of iphone pictures are taken and converted over to png as well as some Android handsets that send pictures through SMS. The problem is that pictures come in very small and blurry. I have a new born baby and it sucks that I receive pictures that are small and blurry to the point they are non-viewable. Now before you say it's my phone let me inform you that it's a known problem. Here is a link of current customers that are also having problems:

My question is, by any chance do you guys at HTC know if there's a software fix for this problem? This is totally unacceptable for a flagship device. Thank you for your help.
So please help us One X users get this minor problem a fix by taking 2 minutes out of your busy schedule to get this nip in the bud. Thanks everyone for your help!
