This is a brand new Boost Moto G that has been PERMANENTLY flashed to Page Plus. What does that mean? It means you just dial *228 to program (after you ESN change your number to it, or port to it or activate a new number to it). You can ESN change to another phone, and ESN change back to this phone, just as if it were a Vzw phone.
Page Plus has been stuck with old Incredible 2's and Droid X2's as it's best Android phones available for quite some time (that could be treated as standard Vzw phones).
