Verizon sent me this phone about 3 weeks ago due to my previous one having issues. The moment I got this phone I put the zagg and case on so the phone is in 100% mint condition. The zagg shield has a few marks on it but thats what its there for right. Also the zagg started peeling off a bit on the top right from dirt under it. If you want a new zagg i can arrange having another one sent from zagg to replace it.
