Actually it's just the stock lock screen from Samsung. The background is a black version of the Android Central logo, my favorite iteration of Andy the Android ha, I love the attitude.

As for the settings, I have lockscreen icon shortcuts turned off, and just one clock with no weather.

I believe the Font was a free one off a site (No not pirated just literally free)

It was called Neutratext or something. If you like the font I can probably find you the site I used.
