FULL DISCLOSURE:
The sleep/wake button has begun having issues. Sometimes it works, but most often times it does not.
It's still a functioning phone. There's an easy workaround for the sleep/wake button or if you have the right tools and skills you could just as easily give it the permanent fix.
You can even see in the pictures the phone powers on and screen and everything else are all fully functional.
The phone does show signs of wear (i.e. hairline surface scratches on the screen, back surface blemishes, etc.), but nothing major that would interfere with daily use.
The phone is now packaged and ready to ship to whomever.
