So today I got a galaxy tab pro 12.2 inch and it is defective . I will be returning it so I am not worried about that . I just wanted to know what kind of a problem this is . So basically it turns off by itself , not really though . I did some research and found out that when I press the bottom left backside of the tablet , even when holding it in your hand , the slightest touch and the screen will start flickering and eventually turn off , turning off THE WHOLE TABLET . I have never encountered a problem like this . I tried doing a lot of things software wise , i dont want to take it apart so I get a refund but I was just wondering , can anyone come up with a reasonable explanation for this ?

Can this be a battery issue or a design issue ?

i would but what I am going to do is get a refund on this one and buy one from a local store , that way I have actual warranty and its close to my house . I was just trying to save a hundred dollars thats all but I learned my lesson "Dont buy technology online , unless thats the only way you can get it " Save yourself some trouble and spend a few more dollars on something that works .
