Help Force ICS Download?

Any possible way to type a code in the dialer or something to force the phone to get the update

There is a way to update manually. You can download it and update yourself. There are instructions on a different thread.

I think that is the old update, not the new update

The new update is supposedly the same as the old update, except for a command in the install script that resets the Swype keyboard (which you can easily do manually).

You might also be able to use the "Check for updates" button in the settings menus.

I tried the Check for Updates multiple times, but it always said my phone was up-to-date. Just need to wait for it to get pushed.

The battery drain since the ICS makes me wish I had not updated. Next time I go near the Sprint Store I will probably go back to GB.
New features are not worth the battery problem.
