It ask for a email or phone number don't remember either one
I assume that you also didn't set up a recovery email address? If so I don't see any solution but to try to work out what the address or phone number was. Its hard to recover an account if you can't identify it.
Have you tried asking your friends what your old phone number was? Someone probably has it in their phone book.
