Forgotten gmail account

Hey everyone,

Im using an oukitel k6000 plus but i totally forgot my google ID (everything) and the google sync wast turned off. So every time i turn on my phone it wants to recover the old ID i gave.
Finally i found the recovery mode and i reset the data and cache but it didnt work.
So my question is how can i reinstall this from pc(or sd card)?
I saw many videos but none of them helped me so im really confused.
I hope someone could help me out of this situation.

If the phone is linked to a Gmail account, you need that info

You'll have to reflash the factory firmware in this case. This phone shipped with Android 6.0 and most likely has FRP (Factory Reset Protection) enabled which means that even if you did perform a factory reset, you'd still need the original password to complete the reset.

Now, I checked out Oukitel's website and while they have a page for firmware, the K6000 isn't listed and all the phones that were had dead links. Best at this point to contact them.
