Help Forgotten my Password

I need urgent help. i've forgotten the password of ASUS eee Pad transformer. i can't access it now, and i've tried Resetting it, but the instructions with Power and Volume buttons doesn't work. When the Resetting screen comes, that Red Triangle sign comes with that Android guy, and after some seconds tab restarts, and nothing changes, again it asks for password.
how can i Format, or Reset it ?
