Forgotten pattern for access to andy pad

Sorry my daughter has forgotten her pattern code to gain access to her andy pad, has anyone got any ideas on what we can do to correct this, we've tried a reset etc but we can't get past this first page.

I hope the below info helps!

If you are talking about a screen lock password, then after a fixed number of incorrect entries your device should prompt you for the password for the gmail account the phone is registered to. If that doesn't work, shut off the device, log into the gmail account on a website and change the password using Google's Password Recovery.

Once the new password is confirmed, turn on the device and try using the new password. The above does rely on you having either 3G or WIFI enabled on your device, and if it's not, the only other solution would be a full factory reset!

How do you do a full factory reset? As when I've looked on the Andy pad site you need to have access to the device to be able to do it and we can't get past the first security page where she has forgotten the patern she created with the 9 dots

what type of tablet is this?

btw you can get better and faster answers in the specific tablet section.

for me(Galaxy Nexus)
my factory data reset is in settings under backup & reset, yours might be in a different location, but tap on almost all your settings tabs and look :)
