Help Formating or wipe data/reset factory

I am having a problem with my ZH&K Ruby Tab....
I was able to get to recovery mode, but when I wipe data/reset factory and reboot the device,
after rebooting... The files was still there and "Unfortunately, google play services stopped" keep on popping up.... instead of directing me to google login or setup...

Any help?

Try using fastboot commands to erase/wipe the device data.

fastboot erase userdata

then reboot with

fastboot reboot

I am stuck at erasing userdata...
