Help Former IOS user: dictation/voice-to-text very inaccurate and incorrect language randomly

I have been using IOS for 5 years and recently moved to android - galaxy s7 on mm 6.0.1 for 5 months and now nougat 7.0

and the dictation / voice to text is.awful, especially when speaking my other language (Russian)
due to disability i use voice-to-text all the time, and in 2 languages, mainly english but it frequently types the wrong word when speaking english (uk) and when i speak russian its even more inconsistent and sometimes even types in english, when my keyboard is shown as russian.

My settings are:
Default keyboard" Samsung keyboard - multiple languages (i tried with the google keyboard but same problem)
Google voice typing: automatic

When i use voice-to-text on my iphone in russian and english it types the voice perfectly with the very rare wrong word

So is this a 6.0.1 and 7.0 bug or are my settings wrong, or just poor software/hardware

You could try something different. Swype Keyboard comes with Dragon Dictation, a different one than what's bundled with the phone.
