Help forum/group for Android System build error?

I am trying to build entire Android system software for a NXP based development board. The build fails during Android framework software build. I am new to this Android Forum web-site. I could not figure out as to which forum or discussion group on this web-site I should post my question/issue. Most of the discussion group and forum seem to be related to Android App development, and not for Android System development.
Can someone on this forum point me to right forum or discussion group for help?
