forum profile picture issues

hello everybody
I've been having a lot of trouble concerning my profile picture could you please advise on how to fix it when I access the android forums from my computer it shows up perfectly but when I use my samsung galaxy ace phone and you're app for this forum the profile picture that just doesn't show up it shows a blank square with an empty face in it. help would be appreciated thank you.

sorry for lack of dots, I'm using my phone's voice recognition system to type in the messages, because its faster and more efficient.
