Forums web page looking garbled

Is anyone else experiencing issues with this forum on the mobile site, any browser???
Chrome has buttons on top of buttons, chrome is up to date.

The past two times I've refreshed this page the past half hour or so using a desktop browser (Firefox ESR), there's been all sorts of odd, different icons and altered appearances. I just assumed there's a redesign in the works or something like that.
But hey, it's never boring around here!

I moved this to the Suggestion Box so @Rob can see this feedback. It's all being done to try and make the forum better.

Layout looks weird now.

Is there some sort of update coming?

Should I clear cache and clear data and force close in my computer and reboot?

Perhaps it should be added to the existing thread about forum updates/changes/glitches.
