Forward Pager to phone

I am looking for an app that has the ability to forward incoming messages from a pager to my phone. Has anyone heard of this? I have heard there was a half-@$$ed attempt at this on iphone, but cant seem to find anything for Android. Scrub pants dont stay up too well with the weight of a phone holster and a pager, not to mention its a juggling game every time you have to go to the bathroom ha

Does your pager service allow the option to page to email addresses? You could have them forward to whatever email address your carrier would convert to an sms. For example, emailing a brief message to nnn-nnn-nnnn@vtext.net (subbing "n" for my actual number) would send the message to my phone as a text. Maybe your pager service could do something like that.
