I notice I have an OTA downloading on my Fossil. Anyone know anything about it?

I got one the other night, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I thought it was a security patch.

Right now I'm on Wear OS 2.2, System Version H and Security level Nov. 5th. and checking for updates says I'm up-to-date.
