Found a Fix

I took CM13 from 4/19/2016 and dirty flashed Lineage OS from 4/9/2017 and then flashed the R2 LTE Fix for Boost and typed *#*#4636#*#* then tapped phone testing multiple times and my LTE and SMS was fixed. No issues.

Then reboot phone and do the normal apps at this very point (not later)
Then reboot to recovery & Dirty Flash this build.

Then Flash LTE fix again.
Wipe Dalvik/Cache and Reboot.
Turn off Wi-Fi.
Then go to Phone/Dialer
and type in *#*#4634#*#*
and tap phone settings multiple times (at least 5x).
A FC error will pop but just keep at it.
And watch the phone reset its connection to LTE
and bingo.
all done.

Hello SykkNyzz,

I am a little confused by your fix guide and need a little help here. I think I have the order correct:

1) Go into TWRP and flash CM13 zip file, then GAPPs 6.0, and then Boost APN Fix R2.

2) Reboot into system.

Here I do not understand what you mean by "do the normal apps at this very point (not later)" in this part of your guide.

3) Go into TWRP and flash Lineage OS 13, then Boost APN Fix R2 again.

4) Wipe Dalvik and Cache then reboot into system.

5) Make sure WiFi is off.

6) Dial *#*#4636#*#*

Here I am lost on where and what to tap on multiple times to cause a force close error.

If I have the correct order of steps, could you please share some more details in those two parts I am having trouble with? Thanks! Hopefully I can get this working for the wife with no complaints...

Sadly mine was just temporary.... I am really sorry about this post. It works until you have to reboot the phone. The trigger affects a force close on mine so I wanted to mention that as a warning.
