been using my samsung galaxy s3 for about 2 weeks now. loving it so far.
when i bought it from the ATT store, obviously the salesman tried to sell me a case, but of course going through amazon or ebay is your best bet to save money.
another thing about cases is that, i hate them because they take away from the form factor and beauty of the phone. i know i risk dropping it, but i am very careful with my phone and have been with iPhones in the past so i decided to not use a case this time around again.
i was however shaky about the flimsy / slippery back cover. i headed over to ebay to check out new battery door covers and stumbled upon this one...Aluminum Metal Battery Door Back Cover Samsung Galaxy S3 / S III / i9300 Silver | eBay
i have been using this back cover for a week now and love it. its more sturdy, not slippery, and i feel comfortable about setting my phone down on multiple surfaces as it is a bit more thick than the stock, therefor its flush with the camera, flash, speaker, etc.
one thing you cannot use based on what people have told me is the NCF feature (might have gotten that wrong). but its not important to me.
