I'm not sure where to post this but seeing as how we all use our phones for multiple things, given the international features of the photon and we are exposed to a whole host of potential problems I figured I should post this somewhere. This is an article from my local paper. $18,000? WOW I'm sure this isn't the first nor will it be the last but just a heads up.

i am sad for her troubles...

but no one can blame the carrier in this situation... the customer is upset and mad.. but she is aiming her anger at the wrong entity.

this could happen to anyone on any carrier.

they should have just closed the account.. and gave her a new one. I think that would have ended it.
