Help framaroot cannot root my Android

I am using samsung galaxy core gt-i8262. First time I root it through framaroot, it was successfully root.once I was fectory reset my phone than I try again to root my phone using same way. But it says "try another exploit if available" .
My phone is running on 4.1.2
Please help me.

If I'm not mistaken when you once rooted it. It is still rooted if you just factory reset it via recovery or via settings but if you was re-flashed its installed rom/firmware then it is totally unrooted.

Yes, you right. I was reflashed my phone. Now its totally unrooted.

My problem is that I cannot root again my phone.

Even I am experiencing the same p[problem it shows "failed:-(... try7 another exploit if available(error#5)"
