frame grab S5

I have taken a short 4G, at least it seems to be that quality, video on my S5 and now want to grab a high quality frame for it.

Any advice please on how to get such an image?

Easiest way is to probably grab a screen-shot while the video is playing. Think it's hold down home button and power on an S5. That's what I do if I want a still frame from a video.
