[Free][App]Notification Spam Blocker

Hi guys.
I hate notification spam, sadly it still happens today.
It is a failing of multiple fronts, Google and third party app developers are to blame!
I made an app that will harness the power of the community to report and block notification spam.
The spam blocking rules are based on the community's spam reports, so please be vigilant in reporting!

An added bonus feature, I brought back the old silent mode and made it schedulable (I don't like the priority mode of Lollipop .
