FRee fascinate, just take the line of service.

How much longer is the line under contract for? How old is the phone? Does the phone come with anything (chargers, etc)?

the contract is up in 9/11. the phone is flawless, comes with charger, box and rubbery case I got when I purchased the phone. I just want out of my contract, I can not sell the phone for enough to even cover my etf, so this was a solution I came up with. sorry for the delayed respond, just busy with two jobs, a wife & kid.
 
This might be feasible for me. I have to discuss it with my mom, who would be the one stuck with her same phone for another year and a half (I'll be taking the phone and putting it on my line). If she's ok with that I'll take the line over.
