Back in the 1980s, there were games like Pac Man, Boulder Dash, Arkanoid, or Bubble Bobble --- and many others --- all based on the principle of "You have n lives", "All x points, you get 1 additional life", when suddenly, out of the blue, Elite was created. It was an open ended game and broke with all traditions...
Now, 30 years later, you have, of course, E: D, but for Android devices, I have done a fan-port of the original Elite called Alite: It's completely free and completely written from scratch.

I have been working on this game for about 2.5 years now, and released the first version of Alite just a week ago. For the next update:
