I have a LG K20 V with Metro PCS, but my service has been terminated. Is there an APN that I can use that will give me free data, internet, WiFi, hotspot and 4G?

In answer to your question, I highly doubt it. If there was, everyone would be using it right? Also, if there was, I'm sure it's unethical and as such, we cannot provide that here.
The only suggestion I would have is a public WiFi somewhere

You need a cellular connection first, then the APN has to be correct for the provider you are using (you can't just choose a different provider's APN).
So if you have no cellular service it doesn't make any difference what APN you enter, you still have no service.
