There are free music from Tmobile on Android Market

Can we download it to the PC?

or are the free songs are only for streaming?

Sounds like a music streaming service that's specific to T-mobile. Depending on where you are, there are free music streaming services for your PC, e.g. LastFM and Spotify.

If the T-Mobile free songs transfer over to Google Music streaming service, then you can download the song by long pressing on the song in Google Music and clicking 'Download".

I'm talking about the new music downloads from Android Market. There are a couple of songs that are free offered from Tmobile. when I click on the free/purchase button, nothing is downloaded to the phone. But the songs would show up in Google Music on the phone and PC apps. But there is no option to download to the PC, since phone apps only download to internal memory not SD card.

Download your music


Any song you download will be formatted as a 320kbps mp3 file.
Save songs from music.google.com to your computer
You can download all songs in the Free and Purchased playlist, one at a time.

1. Navigate to your 'Free and purchased' playlist
2. Hover over the song you'd like to download
3. Click the down arrow to the right of the song title
4. Select 'Save to computer'

You can only download each purchased track from the web 2 times.
