Free Phone For Everyone promotion

Metro website is showing a promotion and it says existing customers qualify for a free phone upgrade, upgrade fee may apply. Does anyone know how much the upgrade fee is?

That's not exactly a wonderful selection of free phones.
It's been a while since I did an in-store upgrade, but IIRC it's a $15 fee.

I have a samsung galaxy avant which was released in July 2014 so coming up on 3 years old. Still works fine but did replace the battery a year ago. Looking at the free phones I'm not seeing anything that would be much of an upgrade. Bigger screen and maybe half a gig of ram and from a 5 to an 8 camera... not exciting me much. have no idea what phones may be coming this year.

Out of all of those phones, the only decent one I see is the ZTE ZMAX PRO. You have to switch from another carrier to get that one for free, though.
