Free Power Widget Affecting Battery?

Does anyone know if the Free Power Widget App by BK Mobility drains the battery? Just noticed in my task manager (I have a droid bionic btw) that this widget was using 23% of CPU. I was just wondering if i should switch widgets. I do like it a lot, but it wouldnt be worth it if it drains my battery.

I, the human paradox, don’t believe in the efficiency if power apps, yet I use one, even bought it, called JuiceDefender Plus. It does a great job keeping an idle phone from consuming itself, but, understandably, it can’t keep an active phone under control.
