free ring tones?

when i look for the ring tone i want (music) all i find are apps, i want to sample the sound before i download it, where can i find individual songs to sample prior to downloading

ok so i downloaded a file from zdege and it is in my downloads on my droid mini, but how the hell do i move it to my ringtones uggggggh

I don't know about a droid mini but all I did on my LG39C was find the mp3 I wanted as a ringtone, connect the phone to my laptop, copied the mp3 to the SD card and set it to my ringtone on the phone.
