It has some rather suspicious permissions for wallpaper though I think.

Like why would wallpaper need access to things like your accounts, bookmarks and history, phone calls, full internet access. It just doesn't seem right to me. Any comments?

When I choose and install wallpaper apps. I expect to see NO permissions. Unless it's doing weather or news, then it would require internet permissions, but that's it. It's there to make the phone look pretty, and not to be spying or phoning home or something.
