Hi guys,

I have a freesat HD + recorder, and have seen the android app for sky where you can set your sky+ box to record whilst out and about.

Does anybody know if there is an app for controlling a Humax HD+ recorder?

I don't think it's possible; all Sky boxes are supposed to be connected to a BT phone line, that's how it receives the message to set up a timer

The Humax has no such connection (well it can be connected to a modem but whether it could be used in the same way is unlikely)

My Sky box is not connected to the phone line yet the remote record app still works.
