Root Freeze multiple apps at the same time?

I see that Titanium Backup is pretty good with freezing apps. However, it's a pain having to manually select + freeze all of the apps one by one. Is there any way of doing this by selecting multiple files? I haven't found a way to do this with titanium.

Why not just uninstall them rather than freeze them all?

If you know freezing them won't negatively affect the phone, theres really no reason to keep them frozen

I've heard of potential upgrade issues (OTA upgrades) if the proper system applications are not found. This doesn't apply to me because I'm on ICS leak but that's what made me develop the habit of freezing.

Use the batch function. From the file list tap menu, then batch. Scroll down to freeze/defrost. Run "Freeze all user & System apps..." Careful now or you will screw the pooch. When that opens, tap "deselect all", then scroll through and check the check boxes each app you want to freeze. If you don't tap "deselect all" and then run the batch you will freeze every app on the phone, which is a real pain. When this happens you will have to wipre the phone from recovery - it's great fun to have to set everything back up from that mistake.
